Global Settings allow you to control which users have access to your Company workspace. You can also change user permissions and if you need to you can change your workspace name from this menu.

Global Settings is found in the Configuration tab of the Administration Dashboard.

Enter the email domain you want to add eg. @kolekti.com then select Add domain.

Once successful added the domain will appear in the domain list.

NOTE: We recommend only adding secure domains to ensure that only your company has access.

Add users by email address

You can add any user by entering their email address. Simply enter their address and select Add user.

Users added in this way are displayed in their own list so you can confirm they have been successfully added.

Remove Users

Access can be removed by selecting the trash icon next to the domain or user you wish to remove.

NOTE: You can't remove user access if it would also remove you access. For example you can't remove a domain if your account belongs to that domain.

Give Admin Permissions

Admin permissions allow a user to access the Administration Dashboard. To give these permissions the user must first have access to the company workspace.

In the Admin permissions section select Add Admins.

Enter the email for the user you want to give admin permissions to.

Select Add Admin.

When the admin is successfully added they are added to the admin list.

Remove Admin Permissions

Admin permissions can be used by selecting the trash icon next to the user.

Change Workspace Name

To change your Workspace name, enter the new name in the Company Name field and select Save.
